Draft
Privacy notice — draft
Draft privacy information based on Junire's current behavior.
Version: 0.1-draft · Last updated:
Draft requiring owner and legal review before launch.
Document status
This is a technical draft based on current service behavior. Controller identity and contact details, legal bases, retention periods, rights, and procedures must be completed and reviewed by the owner and legal counsel before publication.
Use without registration
Core functionality works without an account. Junire does not automatically issue a persistent behavioral-profiling cookie, does not fingerprint browsers, and does not use IP addresses as identity.
Search and events
Junire retains first-party search requests, including original and normalized text, and atomic events needed to understand product use. Search terms may accidentally contain personal data; they are not sent to third-party analytics or included in normal application logs.
Future commercial APIs will not expose raw individual behavioral records. Any intelligence product will require appropriate aggregation and privacy review.
Information still required
Before launch: controller identity and contacts, legal bases, recipients/processors, transfers, retention periods, data-subject rights and procedures, competent authority, and DPO details if applicable.
